Clear Policies for a Smooth and Respectful Experience

Our Terms & Condition

To ensure a professional, respectful, and seamless experience for all clients, we ask that all patients review and follow the terms and conditions outlined below. These policies help us maintain efficient scheduling, quality care, and clear communication for every visit.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that all clients provide adequate notice if they need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

 Missed Appointments

- First Missed Appointment: A friendly reminder will be issued with no additional fee.

- Second Missed Appointment: A $20 missed appointment fee may be applied.

- Third & Subsequent Missed Appointments:: Full consultation fees may be charged for missed bookings.

*Please note: Appointments cancelled or changed within 4 hours of the scheduled time may be considered missed appointments.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and emergencies can happen. Rest assured, our primary goal is to provide the best service possible to all our clients. By implementing this policy, we aim to minimize the number of empty appointment slots and optimize our scheduling system for the benefit of everyone.

Arrival & Consultation Policy

To ensure appointments run smoothly and on time:

-Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment.

- Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times or rescheduling if necessary.

- New clients may be required to complete intake forms prior to treatment.

Medicare & Health Fund Information

Clients using Medicare or EPC referrals are responsible for ensuring all required referral documentation is provided before appointments.

-Rebates are processed according to Medicare guidelines.

- Full payment may be required upfront before rebates are applied.

- Valid referral forms and updated plans are the responsibility of the client.​

Payment Policy

Payment is required at the time of consultation unless otherwise arranged.

We accept approved payment methods including:

- EFTPOS

- Savings/Cheque Accounts

- Approved Health Funds

Respectful Environment Policy

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all clients and staff.

Aggressive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior may result in refusal of service or cancellation of future appointments.

Policy Updates

Our terms and conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in services, policies, or regulations. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of these terms.​
